Welcome to Surajstackdev. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services and website. By accessing this Site or engaging my freelance services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website at https://surajstackdev.com/, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any segment of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and my services immediately.

02. Service Provision & Scope

I provide full-stack development, UI/UX design, and consulting services. The specific "Scope of Work" for any project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement:

• Revisions: Standard project quotes include up to two rounds of minor revisions. Significant changes to the initial scope will be treated as additional work and billed accordingly.
• Third-Party Costs: Any external costs (hosting, API keys, premium plugins) are the responsibility of the client.

03. Payment Terms

To ensure a professional commitment, I adhere to the following payment structure:

• Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any development work begins.
• Milestones: Final payment is due upon project completion or as defined in the project milestones, prior to the deployment of the final product to the live environment.
• Late Payments: I reserve the right to pause work or withhold deliverables if payments are not received within the agreed timeframe.

04. Intellectual Property

All work created during the project remains the intellectual property of Suraj K.S until the final payment has been settled in full. Upon receipt of full payment, all rights and ownership of the custom code and designs are transferred to the Client.

05. Client Responsibilities

The success of a project depends on timely collaboration. The Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary assets (copy, images, credentials) in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback on completed milestones within 5 business days to avoid project delays.

06. Timelines & Delays

I strive to meet all agreed deadlines. However, timelines are estimates and depend on the promptness of client feedback and asset delivery. I am not liable for delays caused by third-party services or client inaction.

07. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Suraj K.S be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use of the website or services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

08. Professional Disclaimer

While I follow industry best practices for security and performance, software is provided "as-is." I do not guarantee that the operation of the software will be 100% uninterrupted or error-free once deployed on external hosting environments.

09. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, internet outages, or widespread technical failures.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the state of Kerala.

11. Modification of Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
